    My dad saw this amazing rolls parked just outside the plaza, he told me that it was probably were one of the presidents (probably saudi arabia, or turkey) traveled since there was a UN reunion for presidents

Thats a nice spot. But its impossible to of the King of Saudi. He doesn't travel In Rolls and he is never with just one car. Atleast a fleet of 15-20 cars alone. Plus heis always in a Merc.
