Details on This Rolls Royce Phantom:

    This fine Phantom tuned solely by Rolls Royce was sitting in a small parking area quite close to the Pebble Beach Concours D' Elegance. It seems, at least to me, that the rims and other options were added after production by RR or it was factory ordered this way. Personally, the rims are a bit too large for my liking, but the style is suitable.
