@roycru: Thanks for the tip, I'll pay attention to the windows next time I see one of these. Can you tell if this one is real? I'm guessing so, because if the rear windows are manual, it would explain why the owner was too lazy to roll them down along with the front ones =).
Yeah that can of white paint is gigantic! This car has so many minor issues, like the overly large "gangsta" whitewalls etc. I'll just skip those, and say, yes, a rare H.J.Mulliner Silver Cloud convertible, and a great spot. But it's time to start teaching you spotters some secrets, and let's see if you can find the real ones, from the fakes.
A real Mulliner Silver Cloud convertible is worth from $350k upwards. But there is more than one person making fakes! They take a standard Silver Cloud and chop off the roof, and weld up the rear doors, and lengthen the front ones. If you see one of these cars parked, look inside. If the windows for the backseat are electric...it's a fake! It's possible to have one have all four windows manual. But, on the original ones, if you wanted electric windows, they only did the two in the doors. Manual in the rear. So check to see if you're getting a pic. of a real one.
