One of the Springfield (Mass.) Silver Ghosts, manufactured in the USA. Most easily identified by the "drum" style headlamps, not mounted on the British produced cars. The open tourer body is most reminiscent of Willoughby, an American coachbuilder used frequently by the Springfield works.
