Good eye Spotty. An interesting detail to your comment that the later cars lenses changed is also that the earlier cars lenses were genuine tempered glass. Whereas the 2000/2001 those lenses were changed to plastic.
The reason why I believe this is a 98 or a 99 model is that in 2000 the Silver Seraph had a "facelift". This car on the picture have crome on the mirrors, after the facelift, the mirrors had the same color as the car. In 2000 the cars also got "parksensors" as standard, I can not see sensors on the bumper at this car. In 2000 the glass on the indicator changed from orange to clear lenses, this car have the orange ones. Therefore I'm quite sure that this car is a 98 or a 99 model.
Seeing a Silver Seraph in the trafic is great, these cars are a true piece of art. The Silver Seraph is in many ways the last "true" Rolls Royce.
Great spot. I love seeing Rolls-Royce cars actually being used as transportation, not art objects. This is a beautiful looking car. Spotty, is there a particular reason you think this Seraph is a '98/'99? As opposed to a 2000/2001?
