No, sorry. The so-called "safety bumpers" first appeared in 1973. Yet another wonderful idea from the U.S. government. And only on U.S. delivery cars. But over the next few years, they were standardized across the line, so that there was no need for two different types of bumpers. From one point of view you were correct, in that all of the II series do have them, but they began somewhat earlier.
Not a Silver Shadow II, but a fairly late series 1 car. Evidenced by the lack of exterior rear view mirror on the passenger's side. Either 1975 or 1976. Not a wonderful car. Not a Rolls-Royce paint color.
