You can get that model of a Saleen Mustang used for less than $20,000, so the rear bumper shouldn't be that expensive. Plus, it looks like he just bought the rear bumper and decals, but did something else for the rest of the body kit, because the skirts look horribly cheap.
It's got the color matched Saleen bumper. You think he would have spent the money for the rear bumper just to make it look like a Saleen? I guess it is possible. That bumper probably cost a fortune! Seems like a lot to spend just to make a fake Saleen.
It's not a Saleen. Wheels are from a Cobra, and the body kit isn't right. The owner just tried to make his Mustang convertible look like an S281, and did a cr appy job doing so.
