Well I guess I did make it sound like "everyone in the US" lol, but more specifically I just meant that a lot of car guys here in the US like to call them that.
I absolutely love these. Us Yanks like to refer to them as the British Viper, as both are just raw, analog machines that will bite back if you aren't a good driver.
Sadly both are likely the last of their breeds as everything these days is all about removing the driver from the experience to eliminate mistakes, which makes for a far less fun and engaging time behind the wheel.
It's all about the numbers anymore and how the car makes you look, not about how it makes you feel, and that's a crying shame.
