I'd like to answer your question thoroughly but unfortunately I just don't have the knowledge. I do know that these cars were all unique i doubt very many were built exactly the same. It could just be that they are two different models, as someone stated one is wx3 and one a wx3 roadster so it's possible that these two are truly unique and they were the only two vectors produced with these specifications. If you want more info i know there are vector experts out there but I don't know much as I never was really all that impressed with these cars, aside from their clearly different and interesting design they had lot of problems and I thought the interior was a bit ridiculous and busy so I've never really put the time in to learn much. That being said I have seen these cars several times in Carmel and I do enjoy seeing them, as anyone should enjoy seeing anything this rare and innovative
What's the difference between the two, aside from one being a roadster. I see the rear ends (wings, exhaust ports and engine cowling rear of the opening) not matching. Just curious as I never noticed these things before now.
Great Shot! These cars were so far ahead of their time. They still are cool 20 years later. Thanks for the picture and all the great information on these Vectors.
These are not W8s, they are actually the even more rare Avtech WX3 and WX3R (Roadster) from around 1992 (the precursors to the M12s). I see these two cars together in pictures quite often, I think they're still owned by Gerald Wiegert. Cool pic!
