I know that a good bit (about half) of the language in China is written in English because so many people speak it. It does seem strange that there isn't any Chinese in the picture though...usually you'll see something written in Chinese, with an English translation below it.

It says Hong Kong, China but I see an awfully lot of English, not just where it says Ghilbi. Look at the pictures.
