    I didn't have my glasses on, so I asked my mom what the car was in front of us, and she said it was a Volvo. I looked closely only to find out it was a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II. Needless to say, I died a little.

It is indeed a Silver Shadow II, with a couple of additions. The high mounted stop lamp on the boot lid is not original to one of these cars. Neither is the trailer hitch under the rear bumper. Somehow, in my world, one does not tow an Airstream or whatever behind your Silver Shadow II.
